AWARDS
The Covenant school-wide awards listed below
are open for nominations of eligible students from any Covenant member
(parent or student). It is acceptable to nominate members of one's
own family. All nominations must be submitted in writing to the
school office before the deadline for that particular award. Be on
the lookout throughout the year for members worthy of being honored at our
end-of-year awards ceremony.
Christian
Character Award
Eligibility: All Covenant students; one awarded for each gender at
elementary and secondary levels, and post-secondary if appropriate. Criteria:
Christian commitment and lifestyle, service to others, exemplary behavior.

Servant's Heart
Award
Eligibility: All Covenant students in grades 7 -12.
Criteria: Service to others above and beyond the call of duty,
exemplary behavior.

Good Citizenship
Award
Eligibility: All Covenant students.
Criteria: perform one service project per month to help those other
than family without pay or other remuneration.
Nomination deadline: April 15

National Honor
Society
Eligibility: All Covenant students in grades 7 -12.
Criteria: 3.7 GPA, exemplary (above 70th percentile) or some
standardized test, leadership quality, participation in some
extracurricular school or community activities.

Above and Beyond
Award
Eligibility: All Covenant staff, coordinators, volunteers, parents
or students.
Criteria: Assistance to the school and/or its members that reaches
far beyond the normal expected for a person in that position with the
organization.
